Apr 26, 2022
A must-attend event for business and community leaders, the Washington County Economic Alliance and Chamber of Commerce’s 2022 Annual Meeting is set for Thursday, May 19th, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Harlow’s Casino Resort & Spa.
This signature event looks back at the past year’s biggest achievements of the WCEA and our community partners. Despite the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, the Washington County community has proven to be unstoppable. From small businesses to larger chain stores, whether attracting new industry or strengthening existing companies, or collaborating with stakeholders to advance community redevelopment and quality of life amenities, we are #LovingLocal. This is a very fitting theme for this year’s annual meeting, as it personifies the incredible momentum the Washington County community is experiencing right now.
Our keynote speaker this year will be the energetic and innovative Tray Hairston, who will discuss Strengthening Community Development and Resources. Tray Hairston is an attorney with Butler Snow LLP’s Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Group and concentrates his practice on public finance and economic development.
