Book a musician for Rivertown Christmas and let us help pay for it!
To celebrate Rivertown Christmas, The Chamber, Main Street Greenville, and Delta Sigma Theta Greenville, MS Alumnae Chapter are offering 8 $125 mini-grants to area businesses who host a musician or band Saturday, November 14, 2020.
Qualifications:
1. Business must be located in Washington County.
2. Musician(s) must play a minimum of 2 hours between 10 am and 10pm on Saturday, November 14, 2020.
3. Business and musician must promote on social media tagging The Chamber, Main Street Greenville, and Delta Sigma Theta and use all the hashtags #StrongerTogether #RivertownChristmas #MainStGvillMS.
4. Application must be received by 5:00 pm, Friday, November 6, 2020. All applications will be considered by the Washington County Chamber and Main Street Greenville and will be approved at the discretion of both entities. Preference will be given to merchants participating in Rivertown Christmas. Grant winners will be notified the evening of Monday, November 9, 2020. Only 8 grants will be awarded.
Award: $125 or the fee for your musicians, whichever is less, will be reimbursed upon receipt of written request after the conclusion of the event. The Chamber and Main Street Greenville will promote events at businesses via social media in preparation for the event.
All events must be conducted in accordance with local and state COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.
