Mar 17, 2020

Stay Safe and Stay Healthy
With the current global health crisis due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we want all of our clients and customers to know that we are here to support you in every way we can. At the Washington County Economic Alliance and the Chamber of Commerce, we are doing what we can to prioritize your safety and support all precautionary health measures taken in the Washington County community.

For businesses in our network, please tag us on social media or email us your updates. In this time of uncertainty, we want to remain vigilant in sharing your updates and services.

Our Physical Office Is Closed, but We’re Still Doing Business!
Due to suggested safety precautions, our physical office will be closed effective noon, March 17, 2020, to Sunday, March 29, 2020. We expect to reopen on Monday, March 30, 2020.

Washington County Economic Alliance and the Chamber of Commerce team members have the resources and tools to perform their jobs remotely from any location. You can contact our team via email by following this link. We encourage those of you whom already have access to the private cell phone numbers of your direct contacts on our team to please call. If you do need to reach us immediately, you may contact Will Coppage, Executive Director, at 662.336.1718 or Kay Sipes, Chamber Director, at 662.822.3614.

Events, Annual Meetings, and More
Currently, we are suspending all events and programs for the next 8 weeks. We are in the process of rescheduling all meetings, events and leadership programming for a date later in the year. This includes our Annual Meeting. Our Annual Meeting is the largest fundraiser for our organization, and the event is vital for us to continue to provide the Washington County community with our services, events and programs. Refunds for registration fees and sponsorships that have been previously submitted will be administered.

Thank You!
At the Washington County Economic Alliance and the Chamber of Commerce our focus is still you. For the most up to date information, we suggest that you stay connected with us through our digital newsletter and social media.

We will continue to bring you updates as they become available. For the latest information on COVID-19 visit, https://msdh.ms.gov/ or CDC.gov/Coronavirus.
