Coppage Named New WCEA Project Manager

Greenville, MS – The Washington County Economic Alliance (WCEA) is pleased to announce the hiring of William Lusk Coppage as Economic Development Project Manager.  Coppage, a Greenville native, comes to the WCEA with 15 years of work experience including an emphasis on revitalization and economic sustainability. In addition, the WCEA will benefit from his extensive experience in writing/communications plus his familiarity with local, state, and regional development partners. 

               As the Project Manager, Coppage will assist the Executive Director, Cary Karlson, on various economic development projects including business retention and attraction, as well as being responsible for online communications, and ongoing data collection.

               Coppage graduated from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington, NC with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and has a Master of Fine Arts and Arts from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA.  Coppage and his wife Missy, Program Director –Gymnastics/Head Coach at The Hodding Carter Memorial YMCA, reside in Greenville with their sweet newborn baby girl, Lyla Jane Coppage.
